Vihermali is looking for gardeners, horticulturalists and people interested in this kind of work during Summer season. Construction operations are stopped in Winter season due to weather conditions preventing it, but in Spring operation begins again actively by old and new team members (workers).

Before starting the work there will be a meeting for new people where all employees become acquainted with Vihermali operations. Also the quality system will be explained for employees, with quality manual and operation instructions. The employees are told also what the quality system means in their work. At the same time employees have opportunity to get know each other. They’ll quickly get to know current Vihermali employees in ’workfield’.
